Temptation is the seductive little voice that twists what you want into what you need. It distorts your thoughts until you’re trapped—and when you’re trapped by temptation, it’s not the time to listen to yourself. Learn to put your trust in someone who knows A Way Out. God always gives us a way out. We won’t try to manage temptation, but eliminate it. We will attack temptation from a positive perspective by focusing on living by the Spirit.
I am incredibly thankful to have all of you with us today. All of our LifeChurchesacross the country, our Network Churchesacross the world, those of you on the other side of computer screens at Church Online, would you join me today in giving glory to God that we get to be a part of celebrating over 1,700 people being baptized on this weekend? An amazing, amazing move of God, something that we can never ever take for granted at my location. I know many of the personal stories of those who were baptized and we celebrate with all the communities that every single person matters to God. Everyone has a story and we celebrate your new life.
